Samantha Garcia, R.N.
Certified Advanced Injector
Before becoming a Certified Advanced Injector, Samantha started her healthcare career in 2004 as an LVN performing wound care.
Between 2004 and 2009, ‘Sam’ gained experience in a surgical center environment specializing in skin cancer surgeries and cosmetic procedures, here she saw the impact and importance cosmetic procedures had on people’s lives. Following that she was Director of Health Services in an assisted-living facility.
In 2009 she earned her RN license, and immediately went into the aesthetics field. She started as a laser hair removal and laser vein removal nurse, but her ambition was to go into the demanding field of cosmetic injections.
In 2011, she received injectable training for Botox/Dysport and dermal fillers, becoming a Certified Injector. She eventually incorporated this training into her practice and was picked out by Dr. Kojian for Advanced Injector Certification, which she gained in 2017.
Sam has a great sense of humor and is a compassionate animal rights advocate. This part of her is evident as while being an accomplished injector, but a ‘professional hand-holder’, who understands that not everyone is comfortable with injectable procedures.
She is a very patient educator as well as injector, and genuinely cares about the well-being of her clients.
As an essential part of the OU team, we’re very pleased she is with us and so do her patients.
